Our co-founder and Creative Director, Tim Janes, spent a few days at Cannes Lions this year - his first visit to the festival!
For a studio that thinks about designing for the web all day, every day, it was a chance to step outside the usual conversations. Tim swapped the familiar circles for a week among CMOs, immersive media agencies, and plenty of people well outside the web design world.
What he brought back (along with a few funny anecdotes!)Â was the firm belief that bold ideas are still the ones that matter.
Rather than the AI hand-wringing you might expect, the mood at Cannes was firmly about human creativity and a willingness to take risks.
